The Easiest 7-Day Spring Cleaning Challenge + Free Printable

I want to give you the best 7-day spring cleaning challenge you will ever find on the internet.

It’s such a bold claim but that’s what I hope to achieve today.

This is a checklist I use for my spring cleaning my own home and I want you to have it! You can adjust to suit your own space.

A deep clean doesn’t just freshen things up, it can literally lift a weight off your shoulders. That’s why I’ve created this 7-day spring cleaning challenge. To help you refresh every corner of your home in a structured and manageable way.

Spring is the perfect time for a fresh start! Let’s give our homes the deep clean it deserves.

Spring Cleaning Schedule

How It Works:

  • 5 zones, 7 days: We’ll focus on one area of the house per day. If you prefer a slower pace, aim for 15-20 minutes of cleaning per day over a month instead.
  • Declutter First: Spring cleaning isn’t just about scrubbing; it’s about resetting. Try to declutter before you deep clean!
  • Customise: Everyone’s home is unique so feel free to create zones that work for your specific home.

The Zones:

  • Zone 1: Entrance, Front Porch, and Dining Room
  • Zone 2: The Kitchen
  • Zone 3: Bathroom and an Extra Room
  • Zone 4: The Master Bedroom
  • Zone 5: The Living Room

We technically have about 5 weeks in one month so this works out perfectly.

When customising the zones, choose areas of the house that don’t take as long to clean in Zones 1 and 5.

If this is confusing, read this post first.
